Bogalusa Business Park: WEDF manages recruitment for the Bogalusa Business Park.  It is adjacent to Hwy. 21 and consists of 100 acres located in an Enterprise Zone. Rail service is provided by CN/Illinois Central with the main track adjacent to the park.  General aviation is available at Carr Memorial Airport that is located adjacent to the park.  The most recent addition to the business park is Service Zones' telephone call center, providing technical help services for the customers of computer manufacturers.

Incentives and infrastructure include: electricity, gas, water, fire and police protection, solid waster collection, use of dedicated sales tax revenue for development, and a location outside the city limits.
