Business and Industry Parks
Bogalusa Industrial Park
WEDF manages recruitment for the Bogalusa Business Park. It is adjacent to Hwy. 21 and consists of 100 acres located in an Enterprise Zone. Rail service is provided by CN/Illinois Central with the main track adjacent to the park. General aviation is available at Carr Memorial Airport that is located adjacent to the park. The most recent addition to the business park is Service Zones' telephone call center, providing technical help services for the customers of computer manufacturers.
Incentives and infrastructure include: electricity, gas, water, fire and police protection, solid waster collection, use of dedicated sales tax revenue for development, and a location outside the city limits. Forty additional acres are adjacent to the site for future development. The park can be seen in the aerial photo at right, just to the right of the Carr Memorial Airport.

Franklinton
Industrial Park:
Incentives and infrastructure include: The Franklinton Business and Industrial Park is located on LA Highway 10 North, in Franklinton, LA. It is one hundred total acres of flat industrial land that is ready to build on. Washington-St. Tammany Electric Cooperative provides the site with 3-phase power. The site is also supplied by six inch water and 8 in sewage lines. The price of available land is based on the number of jobs created.
